UEFA Foundation for Children 10-year anniversary
The UEFA Foundation for Children is celebrating its 10-year anniversary this year with a series of special projects and events:
Change of Logo
A new logo has been created specifically for the anniversary of the foundation. This logo will be featured throughout the year in the match programmes, on the LED boards at all UEFA competitions, on players' jersey sleeves, and on the t-shirt of the children from local partner NGOs involved in the match activities. Additionally, a special anniversary clip will be shown on stadium giant screens.

National
associations projects
UEFA, the UEFA Foundation for Children, and the European National Associations are launching a new initiative to support projects and social events aimed at helping disadvantaged children. With a budget of EUR 1 million, this initiative will send a strong message of solidarity and hope, showcasing unity, teamwork, and community within the football world. A joint communication about the initiative will take place on April 24, 2025, across all social channels.
Conference on Inclusion
On Monday, April 28, a special conference will be held at the Château de Bossey to discuss the role of football in social responsibility and inclusion. High-profile guests, including Prof. Dr. Jürgen Buschmann from the German Sports University of Cologne, will provide valuable insights into the current state of football, its challenges in ensuring inclusion for all, and the future of the sport.

Amputee match
Before the UEFA Youth League final on April 28, the UEFA Foundation for Children in partnership with Football Is More will showcase the talent of amputee football players. Players from Greece, Poland and England will compete in an exciting match, demonstrating their dedication to the sport and engaging the public. UEFA ambassador Johan Djourou and UEFA General Secretary Theo Theodoridis will be present to distribute medals to the players.

Meet & greet and closing ceremony at each club finals and at the UEFA Nations League
For each final of the season 2025, a meet and greet session will be organised with children from local partners. On the day before the match, children will have the opportunity to meet their favorite players, make selfies and autographs. During the closing ceremony, one mascot child will accompany the President of the UEFA on the pitch during the distribution of the medals and the trophy.

Ultimate UEFA Champions League experience
The UEFA Foundation for Children will put an exclusive "Bid for Experience" auction, giving the opportunity to win a meet & greet with a UEFA Legend at the team hotel, the transport in the team bus to the match in Munich on May 30th at 16:00, held at the SAP Garden.

Interviews
For this time of celebration, UEFA Foundation for Children’s General Secretary Carine Nkoue will be at the disposition of various football associations, media organisations and other actors to answer questions and retail the foundation’s past achievements and the future goals.
